We are a privately owned main contractor and developer specialising in high end residential homes, undertaking projects from £1 million to £15 million.
We specialise in high end residential houses and have obtained a reputation for delivering value and quality which we protect and maintain with PRIDE.
We carry out traditional build contracts direct for private clients, design and build contracts and our own in-house development projects.
We are based in Bushey, Hertfordshire and carry out contracts within the M25 area including Highgate, Hampstead, St John’s Wood, Knightsbridge, Kensington, Stanmore, Radlett and Totteridge, etc.
Relic pride have many years and a wide range of experience dealing with all aspects of high end residential new build and refurbishment.
We can advise on planning permission, planning conditions, section 106, building regulations, architects, structural engineers, mechanical and electrical consultants, interior designers, archeological reports and highways conditions etc.
We can also provide a turn key operation for our clients in the form of a design and build contract which is similar to our in house development projects.
We are able to draw on our experience to clearly understand our clients’ requirements and expectations and subsequently to work closely with the client, the consultants and supply chain to produce the optimum product.
